Piedmont Smokehouse policies and other important information

Providing on-site catering services can present a myriad of logistical problems. The key to making the food service of your special event a success is good communication. You need to know exactly what to expect from Piedmont Smokehouse. You also need to know what we expect from you in order to make your event a success. With good communication, most issues will never become a problem.

When you choose Piedmont Smokehouse to provide the food service for your event, you can be assured that we are dedicated to making your event a huge success. We do not have a high powered advertising budget. Most of our business comes from recommendations from our satisfied customers. Therefore, it is imperative to us that at the close of your event, we leave you with the desire to use our services again and to recommend us to your friends.

Bringing our kitchen on wheels to your location is a large logistical challenge that can be impacted by weather. We are equipped to operate in inclement weather as long as our safety is not imperiled. If you are planning to serve your guests out of doors, please have an alternative solution available if weather should dictate. More will be discussed about this in our inclement weather/cancellation/postponement policy.

We have assembled a generic list of “issues” that seem to arise when planning events. Our intent is to clarify communication, minimize misunderstandings, reduce “surprises” and ultimately to make your event a success. Again, your satisfaction with our service is our primary goal.

If there are particular concerns you have about our policies, please discuss them with us PRIOR to signing the contract. We will gladly explain our policies and work with you to find a solution that is mutually agreeable.

Piedmont Smokehouse provides special rates for church functions, civic groups, and other non-profit organizations.
