So much so, that we serve only locally raised hogs. Our whole hog BBQ is always the star of the show. Cooked with smoke only… no gas here!
A Pig Pickin’ is perfect for family reunions, parties, or weddings of 100 or more – and don’t worry, we’ll bring our custom built catering trailer, showcase the pig in all of its roasted glory to the crowd, then pull all of the delicious pork BBQ for your meal. We’ll also bring all of our fabulous scratch made BBQ sides and three regional sauces. Piedmont Smokehouse offers a traditional North Carolina Vinegar sauce, a Memphis-style red BBQ sauce, and our locally famous from scratch South Carolina-style mustard BBQ sauce.
Our full service / onsite whole hog option requires a minimum of two weeks’ notice to ensure sourcing of the perfect local hog and prep.
